ITF, IFOMS, and Mission to Seafarers Partners Jointly Visit Cargo Ships at Laem Chabang Port, Thailand, to Warmly Meet and Encourage Brother Seafarers
Yesterday, June 25, 2026, representatives from the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF), including Mr. Mohamed Arrachedi and Mrs. Sandra Bernal, along with brothers from IFOMS and the Mission to Seafarers, jointly visited cargo ships berthed and conducting cargo operations at Laem Chabang Port, a major deep-sea port in Thailand. They warmly met and offered words of encouragement to our brother seafarers who are serving far out at sea, separated from their families.
Furthermore, they closely inspected current working conditions regarding maritime workplace safety and seafarers' rights, providing necessary assistance and support through discussion.
