ITF – ILO MLC 2006 Seminar ကို ရန်ကုန်မြို့ Park Royal Hotel တွင် ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်၊ အောက်တိုဘာ လ (၃-၄) ရက်နေ့များတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။ အခမ်းအနားကို IFOMS အဖွဲ့ချုပ် နှင့်အတူ အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် ၏ နာယက ဘဘ ဦးတင်ဦးနှင့်အတူ ဒေါ်အိရွှေစင်ညွန့်၊သင်္ဘောသားဌာနခွဲ မှ ညွှန်မှူး ဦးတိုးမြင့်၊ MSESF မှ တာဝန်ရှိ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ နှင့် မြန်မာပင်လယ်ပျော်ညီအစ်ကိုများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် ၏ နာယက ဘဘ ဦးတင်ဦး မှ အဖွင့်အမှာစကားပြောကြား၍ အခမ်းအနားကို ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးခဲ့သည်။

International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF) မှ Brother Jon Whitlow(Secretary Seafarers, Fisheries & Inland Navigation / Secretary to the Seafarers Group of the ILO Joint Maritime Commission) သည် MLC ပြုလုပ်ရခြင်း၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များကို ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး တက်ရောက်လာသော ဧည့်သည်တော်များ နှင့် IFOMSအဖွဲ့ဝင်ညီအစ်ကိုများကိုလည်း ကျေးဇူးတင် စကားပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

မြန်မာပင်လယ်ရေကြောင်းလောကဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန် နှင့် မြန်မာပင်လယ်ပျော်ညီအစ်ကိုများ၏ ရပိုင်ခွင့် အခွင့်အရေးများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်လုံခြုံစိတ်ချမှုများအတွက် MLC တွင် ပြဌာန်းထားသော အချက်အလက်များကို သိရှိနားလည်စေရန်ပြုလုပ်ရခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ လွတ်လပ်သော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံပင်လယ်ပျော်များအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (IFOMS) ၏ ဥက္ကဌ ဦးဇော်အောင်

International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF) မှ Brother Rossen Karavatche က Compliance & enforcement Transposition into national law & tripartite approach ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။ Singapore Organisation of Seamen မှ Brother Kam Soon Huat (General Secretary)က Compliance & Enforcement Tripartite consultation ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ပါသည်။

International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF) မှ Sister Katie Higginbottom သည် Group discussion ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Recruitment & placement in Myanmar တွင်ပါရှိသောအချက် (၇) ခုကို အဖွဲ့ (၁) ဖွဲ့စီ ဖွဲ့၍ဆွေးနွေးစေခဲ့သည်။
